“I was a multi-sport athlete growing up (baseball, football, hockey… and track and field—which grew into a passion for middle and long distance competitive running and endurance road cycling. I ran my fastest 10k at 37 yrs. old yet continued to realize a growing need to diversify and expand my fitness. My first WOD at TCCF was Saturday, October 1, 2011. Though the first month in particular was pretty rough (to say the least) I’ve been blessed to grow as an athlete and as a person through exposure to a wide variety of programming and coaching since then, including CF L-1. My goal as a coach is to help individuals realize their lifelong potential in the sport of fitness and the game of life!”
